Médi-Partenaires taps to fund French hospital merger
Médi-Partenaires raised €110m on Thursday by tapping its May 2020 high yield bond to finance the purchase of the French hospital group by Médipôle Sud Santé, a rival operator backed by private equity firm Bridgepoint.
