Michael Raynes has left Deutsche Bank and is expected to join Citigroup. At Deutsche Bank he was the global co-head of the securitized product group with Richard D'Alber. An individual familiar with the move said he will be running all structured products at Citigroup, but that could not be confirmed. A Deutsche Bank spokeswoman declined to comment. A Citigroup spokeswoman could not be reached for comment.
