Lehman Brothers has hired three senior equity derivatives officials from JPMorgan. Axel Kilian, former co-head of equity derivative sales, joins as head of structured products investor sales for Europe, Juergen Bossler, formerly responsible for sales to Germany, and Martin Bertsch, former head of financial engineering, go to Lehman for similar roles. Serra Balls, spokeswoman for Lehman in London, declined comment.
Bossler and Kilian are expected to report to David Bizer, co-head of European equity sales. Bertsch will likely work with both the fixed income and equity derivatives teams at Lehman. Bertsch, Bossler, Kilian and Bizer could not be reached.
