Simon Hussey, former global head of marketing at UBS Principal Finance in London, has joined Nomura in a new role as co-head of European structured solutions. Structured credit is a new business for Nomura in Europe, according to Hussey, who started two weeks ago.
At the Japanese house, Hussey will be responsible for structuring tailored credit products for institutional clients, which is similar to his previous role at UBS. Hussey will also head marketing for Germany at Nomura.
