Sevag Vartanian, v.p. and investment-grade cash and credit-default swap trading at Citigroup in New York, is jumping to Goldman Sachs. Vartanian said he will trade industrial credits and report to Derek Smith, head of investment-grade CDS trading. At Citigroup, he reported to David Pichler, a managing director and head of the investment-grade corporate desk.
