Amar Kuchinad, director for structured credit trading at Credit Suisse First Boston, is joining Goldman Sachs as a managing director and will be trading single-name structured credit and equity exotic derivatives in New York.

Amar Kuchinad, director for structured credit trading at Credit Suisse First Boston, is joining Goldman Sachs as a managing director and will be trading single-name structured credit and equity exotic derivatives in New York.

At Goldman Sachs, Kuchinad will report to William Roberts, head of structured credit trading. Kuchinad could not be reached for comment, but CSFB spokesman Pen Pendleton confirmed his departure. Goldman spokesman Michael Duvally declined comment. At CSFB, Kuchinad reported to Sudip Thakor, a managing director and co-head of global credit trading.
