Barclays Capital has hired Saad Ali, credit structurer at UBS in London in a correlation structuring role. Ali, reached at Barclays, declined comment. At the U.K. house he reports in to Heikki Monkkonen, head of credit structuring for Europe, who also declined comment. Whether the post is a new one could not be ascertained.Sam Smith, spokeswoman for UBS, did not return calls.
