Barclays Capital has hired Hermann Bader, a corporate equity derivative sales official at JPMorgan in London, in a similar role covering sales to Germany. Bader, who was on gardening leave and could not be reached, will report to Stephen Jones, head of financing solutions and debt capital markets at Barclays in London, who confirmed the hire. Sarah Oppler, spokeswoman for JPMorgan, did not comment by press time.
