Robert Principe, an executive director in the global structured products group with UBS Securities in New York, has joined JPMorgan in a similar role. Principe was hired as a managing director in the corporate structuring and solutions group and is responsible for structuring and marketing products. He reports to Cassio Calil, global head of the structured solutions group in New York. Principe, contacted at JPMorgan, declined comment and Calil was traveling and could not be reached.
At UBS, Principe reported to Harish Raghavan, who ran the structured products group until leaving UBS earlier this year to launch his own company, Inscap Management, in New York. Raghavan did not return calls and UBS spokesman Kris Kagel declined comment.
