David Gourgey, an associate in the institutional client group at Deutsche Bank in London has resigned and is set to return to IXIS Corporate & Investment Bank. Gourgey, who worked at IXIS prior to joining Deutsche Bank is on gardening leave and could not be reached. Officials at IXIS confirmed the hire and said Gourgey, who covered sales to Italy at Deutsche Bank, will take up a U.K. sales position when he comes on board. Karine Greuzat, spokeswoman for IXIS in Paris, said the firm does not comment on personnel moves. Jo Pope, spokeswoman for Deutsche Bank in London, said it has not yet confirmed a replacement for Gourgey.
