Goldman Sachs has hired Gail Krietman, managing director in structured products and mortgage sales, from Lehman Brothers in New York. She will report to Stacy Bash-Polley, managing director and head of rates and mortgage sales, and cover all structures including synthetic. Krietman was on gardening leave and could not be reached. Bash-Polley referred calls to Michael Duvally, spokesman, who declined comment. Tasha Pelio, Lehman spokeswoman, did not return a message.
