* IMN reportedly has partnered with the European Securitization Forum to host next summer's Asset-Backed Securities Conference in Barcelona. Conference attendees speculated IMN was preempting competition from the rival conference organizer. IMN has also revamped and moved its ABS West Conference to better compete with the popular American Securitization Forum conference in Las Vegas.
