Merrill Lynch has hired Maurice Nadjar-Primack from Credit Suisse as head of emerging market equity trading for Russia, Eastern Europe and South Africa, including cash, derivatives and financing transactions.

Merrill Lynch has hired Maurice Nadjar-Primack from Credit Suisse as head of emerging market equity trading for Russia, Eastern Europe and South Africa, including cash, derivatives and financing transactions. He started last week and reports to Samir Atassi, managing director and head of emerging markets Europe, who declined comment.

Nadjar-Primack was head of emerging market derivatives at CS. Chris Carter, managing director responsible for trading, said he has been replaced internally, declining to name the replacement immediately.
