BNP Paribas Shuffles Equity Fund Sales

BNP Paribas has reorganized its equity derivative sales to hedge funds.

BNP Paribas has reorganized its equity derivative sales to hedge funds. The motivation for the reorganization could not be determined by press time.

Philippe Dardier, head of European equity financing and flow sales, has been given a new role as European relationship manager for long-only accounts. Daniel Goldstein, responsible for hedge fund flow sales, now reports directly to Denis Frances, global head of flow, who is relocating to London from Paris. Goldstein joined from Lehman Brothers earlier this year (DW, 3/3).

Reached on his cell, Dardier declined all comment. Goldstein referred calls to corporate communications and Frances did not respond to a message.

Celeste Matta-Brown, spokeswoman, did not immediately comment on the moves.
