Mandated lead arranger Nordea has syndicated the facility to finance Banc of America Equity Partners' (BAEP) acquisition of Paroc Group Oy.
Sampo Bank and OKO Osuuspankkien Keskuspankki Oyj are co-arrangers and Danske Bank, HSH Nordbank and Nordic Investment bank have joined as senior lead managers.
The loan is split into five tranches: tranche 'A' is a Eu84m seven year senior amortising loan; tranche 'B' is a Eu30m eight year senior bullet term loan, tranche 'C' is a Eu30m nine year senior bullet term loan, tranche 'D' is a Eu15m seven year senior revolving credit facility and tranche 'E' is a Eu5.5 senior ancillary facility.
Tranche 'E' was not syndicated, but provided by Nordea. Banks were invited to join tranches 'A' through 'D'. Co-arrangers were given a level of Eu25m with a participation fee of 75bp and lead managers were invited at a level of Eu15m with a fee of 50bp.
