Study Group LBO to launch in coming weeks
Four underwriters are preparing to launch a A$330m leveraged loan backing the acquisition of Study Group into syndication. The deal is one of the few loans backing an LBO to be syndicated in the deal-starved Asia-Pacific leveraged loan market this year.
