Sesa Goa, the iron ore miner controlled by resources group Vedanta, was one of two Indian companies to launch convertible bonds late last week, setting a new record for the biggest foreign currency CB from an India-listed company, but the deal quickly traded below par as buyers flinched at the aggressive pricing.
