Mermaid Maritime joins line of Singapore rights issues
Mermaid Maritime, the Singapore-listed offshore services unit of shipping group Thoresen Thai, announced a S$156m ($110m) rights issue late last week, becoming the latest Asian company to turn to the equity markets with a deal heavily supported by its parent.
