Bookrunners on the Eu785m loan backing CVC Capital’s Eu1.2bn leveraged buy-out of vending machine group Autobar say the original issue discount could range from 98.5–99 and expect formal pricing to be released within the next two days. Commitments for the loan are due on Monday.
