Bharti finds banks for tough $7.5bn syndication
Bharti Airtel looks set to close a $7.5bn syndication to fund its acquisition of Zain’s African business. The long-running deal is expected to wrap up with around five banks committing in general syndication — a relief for those underwriting the deal.
