China banks need to curb lending, warns Moody’s
The ratings agency suspects that the creditworthiness of Chinese banks will come under pressure if they don’t rein in rampant lending. Moody’s Investors Service is expecting loan growth to slow to between 10% and 15% in 2010, after surging 24% in the first half of 2009.
