MS Launches 12-Year Callable Note
Morgan Stanley has launched a 12-year callable note with a conditional 7-7.3% annual coupon referencing the S&P500. The conditional coupon payment kicks-in after the first year as long as the S&P 500 sits above 750 on every quarterly observation date.
