EP Energy talks debut in 5.875% area, pricing today
Czech utility EP Energy is looking to raise €500m of seven year bonds in its capital markets debut today. The firm, rated BB+ by Fitch, closed the books on the senior secured transaction at 2.30pm London time on Wednesday (October 24).
