Black Earth rights issue to raise Skr530m

Black Earth Farming (BEF), a Swedish-listed agricultural company with operations in Russia, set the terms on a pre-announced rights issue to raise Skr530m ($78m) to fund capital expenditure after signing a strategic agreement with PepsiCo.
