Lower Saxony’s seven year overcomes slow bookbuild
Lower Saxony has become the first of the German states to come to market this year, pricing a seven year trade on Thursday. The deal limped to full subscription, with the bookbuilding process slowed down by the large number of German investors still on holiday following the New Year.
