IBRC restructuring boosts Irish chances of 2013 market return
Ireland reached an agreement to extend the cost of bailing out failed lender Anglo Irish Bank on Thursday. The sovereign will replace the existing promissory notes with sovereign bonds with maturities of up to 40 years. The move is expected to cut Ireland’s fiscal deficit and ease its return to the debt market.
