Spain’s Ico sets sail for US to further peripheral recovery
Instituto de Crédito Oficial (Ico) is hatching plans to take the European peripheral recovery outside of the euro for the first time by issuing a dollar benchmark. The Spanish agency, which on Monday sold a €1bn seven year deal at the tightest spread to Bonos it has seen on a syndication since 2010, is planning a trip to the US to meet investors.
