Finnvera shakes off choppy market to sell floater
Finnvera, Finland’s export credit agency, sold its second ever public bond on Tuesday, opting for a three year floater. The paper was sold with little or no new issue premium, with leads skipping indications of interest and holding only a short bookbuild in order to avoid allocation problems.
