Soitec starts CB refi with €70m rights issue
Subscriptions opened on Monday for Soitec’s €71m rights issue, the first stage of a refinancing plan that has led to an almost 30% share price fall since it was announced two weeks ago. The deal will allow the French semiconductor firm to refinance a 2014 convertible bond.
