Kommuninvest dazzles with dollar effort

Kommuninvest was the sole agency to attempt a benchmark-sized print in dollars this week, with issuers reluctant to come to market in light of the dispute in the US over the country’s budget and borrowing limit. But the Swedish agency was richly rewarded for its bravery, getting a heavily oversubscribed deal away.
