Mondelez’s €2.4bn, with short FRN, makes mouths water
Mondelez International, the snacks business spun off by Kraft Foods in 2012, launched its first bond in euros on Wednesday, raising €2.4bn to finance a buyback of dollar bonds completed the day before.
