Singulus closes SME bond books early as Golfino, Mitec line up
The German retail bond market is flourishing, after several issues have closed books on the first day of their subscription periods this year. The latest candidate was Singulus Technologies, a Kahl-am-Main-based equipment maker for the solar cell and optical disc industries.
The up to 60m 7.75% five year bond issue attracted an oversubscribed book on Monday the day books were opened and ultimately shut. Some 80% of the notes were allocated to institutional investors and 20% to retail accounts.
