Spanish yields ease as October looks ripe for ESM bail-out

Spanish sovereign bond yields eased on Thursday afternoon as the government revealed its plans to cut its deficit by €40bn in 2013 and expectations grew that the government would apply to the European Stability Mechanism for aid in October.
