  • State-backed Bank Ekspor Indonesia (BEI) and crude palm oil producer Astra Agro Lestari each signed syndicated loans last week, as the international loan market continued to warm to Indonesian credits.
  • Lazard has replaced Goldman Sachs as an advisor to Kazakhstan’s BTA Bank, which is trying to restructure $15bn of debt.
