MDM Bank is likely to come to the market towards the end of this month, according to bankers, which will make it the first Russian financial institution to launch a deal this year. Turkey’s Akbank and Vakifbank have received high levels of commitments for rollover loans which could prompt other Turkish financial institutions to try pricing tighter than their rivals, say bankers.
