Russian oil company Tatneft is set to come to market shortly with its long-awaited facility, which it had originally hoped would be up to $1bn. The deal, now likely to be between $600m and $1bn, will have a three year tenor. It has already found support from lenders, many of which have been working on the transaction throughout the first half of the year.
