A HK3bn ($386m) deal for Kingboard Laminates Holdings, the Chinese laminate manufacturing company, was signed on Monday. The five year deal is split into two tranches of HK$1.5bn — a term loan and a revolver. Each has a five year tenor and pays a margin of 110bp over Hibor.
