ING has relaunched the debt for the recapitalisation of Belgium's Partners in Lighting. The structure of the loan had to be reworked after it met difficulties in syndication this June. The Eu399.3m facility now comprises Eu294m of senior debt, a Eu22.5m second lien piece, a Eu65m mezzanine facility, and a Eu17.8m payment-in-kind note.
