  • French railways agency Réseau Ferré de France (RFF) has signed a new €1.25bn revolving credit facility with a syndicate of 13 banks to replace an existing loan of the same size signed in December 2007.
  • French technology firm Mersen has signed €215m-equivalent of syndicated and bilateral loans to refinance a revolving facility that is due to mature in July 2013.
