Swedish Export Credit Corp’s comeback to public bond markets this week after being absent since 2007 is a further sign that the market is returning to normality. SEK’s Eu1.25bn five year deal attracted demand from a broad array of high quality investors. The issue was lead managed by BNP Paribas, Goldman Sachs and HSBC.
