Hong Kong/Singapore IPOs: Different Strokes

The equity markets of Hong Kong and Singapore have both had to contend with challenges this year. While Hong Kong had to face up to the loss of a few big transactions, and failures of others, Singapore has had to face liquidity that continues to pale in comparison to even some southeast Asian neighbours.
