Reach Energy markets record-breaking $237m Spac IPO

Malaysia’s Reach Energy is looking to become the fourth special purpose acquisition company (Spac) to list on the country’s stock exchange, having launched a MR750m ($237m) fixed price IPO on July 24. If successful, Reach Energy will be Malaysia’s largest ever Spac listing.
