TSB may turn to retail investors in summer 2014 flotation

Lloyds Banking Group’s flotation of subsidiary TSB on the London Stock Exchange is likely to come under increased scrutiny because of the indirect link to the UK government as the postmortem of the Royal Mail transaction continues.
