WestLB CBB to add EMTN facility to funding armoury

WestLB Covered Bond Bank (CBB), the Irish subsidiary of the German bank, is adding a EuroMTN programme to its short to medium term funding armoury.

Although no mandate has been awarded the borrower is looking to have the facility established by the end of July.
