Piraeus Bank escapes NBG’s shadow, shines in Greek mart

Piraeus Bank, Greece's fifth largest bank, sold its entire holding of 11.2m treasury shares last Friday (October 10), raising Eu89.6m.

Lead manager UBS sold the shares at Eu8 - a 5.4% discount to Thursday's closing price of Eu8.46, though a 2.5% premium to the 10 day trading average.
