Enea sells 16% — Euroshop covered — LSE switches: Wednesday's European ECM round-up

Bookbuilding for a 16% stake in Polish utility Enea will start on Thursday (February 4). The Z1.41bn ($500m) deal is a sale of existing shares held by the government which appointed Credit Suisse, Citi and UniCredit as joint bookrunners in mid-January. Books will close on Tuesday (February 9).
