Citi reshuffles capital markets, lifts Ybarra to equal ranking with Forese

The big winner to emerge from the latest reshuffle at Citigroup is head of fixed income products Paco Ybarra, who this week was promoted to rank alongside Jamie Forese, up until now the sole head of the bank’s capital markets group.
