Ideal, Dematic print HY bonds, ConsMin price talk

One of the last two high yield deals left to price in the European market before Easter priced on Wednesday afternoon, while the other was expected to wrap up later in the day, after Ideal Standard and Consolidated Minerals came out with price talk on Wednesday morning.

Belgian bathroom furnishings maker Ideal Standard International’s Eu250m worth of seven year senior secured notes priced at the tight end of guidance, at 11.75%. Price talk was for the notes to yield 11.75%-12%.
