Elster launches Eu250m unsecured notes
Germany’s Elster Finance kicked off a Eu250m issue of seven year non-call three senior unsecured notes on Monday. Bank of America Merrill Lynch and JP Morgan are acting as physical bookrunners, with Deutsche Bank and Goldman Sachs as joint bookrunners.
