SSAs turn to private placements for funds as coffers fill up

Many sovereign, supranational and agency borrowers will look to small private placements for funding over the summer, as they are highly liquid and ahead of their funding schedules for the year.

Kommunalbanken, which sold a R$18.63m ($11.8m) note through HSBC on Monday, with payments to be made in yen, is looking to do Uridashi and private placements worth under $20m over summer.
